What's it all about?
We Can Lose a Million is helping to fight the weight loss epidemic that is hitting Australia and the world alike. With our team having a background in personal training (and having been through the struggles of loss weight themselves), it was decided that something needs to be done to tackle this problem.
Understandably not everyone has the time or money to join a gym or hire a personal trainer - which is why we have come up with this medium to change it!
